Web-Scale MySQL Platform Engineer

Proton's Database Platform Team is seeking a database professional to own the administration of our web-scale MySQL fleet, ensuring reliability and performance across a distributed, on-premise-like environment. You will design automation to remove toil and write tooling to manage the platform at scale.

You will drive performance tuning, participate in upgrades, and shape long-term database strategy, collaborating across teams to embed best practices and ensure minimal service disruption.
