Wafer Process Engineer

I am partnered with an exciting developer and manufacturer of III-V photonic and semiconductor devices based on InP and GaAs technologies who are looking to hire a Wafer Process Engineer to join the R&D team in Paris.

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in the development of wafer processes for manufacturing InP based and GaAs based laser diodes, whilst working in close collaboration with the engineering team to improve the wafer processing to reduce coasts and improve yield.

You will also participate in the evaluation and qualification of the foundries and put in place the processes needed to manufacture the components outsourced to the foundry.

The candidate should be fluent in English. Knowledge of the French language is a plus
