VR Technical Support Associate – Monthly Workshops in Toulouse
wondder creates immersive training experiences using virtual reality and artificial intelligence to help companies develop leadership skills and promote diversity and inclusion. Our training gives participants the opportunity to practice real-life situations, explore different perspectives and reflect on their own behavior in an engaging environment.
Our programs cover topics such as giving feedback, presentation skills, self-reflection and unconscious bias. By placing participants directly into realistic scenarios, we make learning experiential and help them develop skills they can apply in their everyday work.
We work with companies internationally, combining immersive technology with facilitated workshops to encourage discussion and reflection.
