VP Sales Europe
VP of Sales – Europe As VP of Sales for Europe, you are the driving force behind Displayce’s growth and consolidation in its traditional market and across its European expansions.
Your role involves translating the overall strategic vision into a high-performing commercial implementation tailored to the specific circumstances of each country.
You will lead a team of leaders (Sales Director and Sales Manager) to ensure the model can scale up, whilst remaining in touch with the realities on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Scalability
Roadmap Europe: Define the global commercial strategy and adapt it to local specificities.
Arbitration: Make decisions with a significant financial and organisational impact, even in uncertain situations.
Standardisation: Ensure that sales processes are scalable and replicable from one country to another (playbooks, sales ops, tech stack).
Business Management & Impact Leadership Team
Key Performance Indicators: Manage overall P&L, ARR, and contribution margins by geographical area.
Representation: Be the voice of the Sales department to the Executive Committee, aligning commercial objectives with the company’s overall strategy.
Operational: Maintain an active role in the field by supporting high-level strategic deals (‘Large Accounts’) and maintaining close relationships with major partners (e.g., JCDecaux, global agency groups).
Large-scale management and leadership
Leading leaders: Managing and coaching a team of seven senior profiles (Sales directors and sales managers).
Culture & Exemplarity: Promoting Displayce’s values and maintaining a culture of excellence and high performance within multidisciplinary teams.
Alignment: Ensuring smooth communication between local (country) and global functions.

10+ years in the digital advertising industry, with a strong background in programmatic advertising, media buying platforms, or Saa

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires changing context several times a day covering an European dimension within the sales director role.
Ability to engage in high-level strategic conversations with C-suite executives at global media agencies, translating business needs into long-term value-driven partnerships.
Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams and aligning regional efforts with broader company goals, ensuring scalable and sustainable business development.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
