VP Sales – Europe

The Role
We are seeking a VP Sales – Europe to accelerate growth with Tier‑1 CSPs and MSPs across the region. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a proven telco sales hunter capable of winning complex transformation deals and displacing entrenched OSS incumbents.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive new‑logo revenue with Tier‑1 CSPs across Europe
- Personally lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Position AI‑driven Service Assurance as a transformation platform
- Build executive‑level relationships within major operators
- Collaborate closely with leadership, product and pre‑sales teams
- Contribute to regional growth strategy and scale‑up execution
Candidate Profile
- Proven sales experience in OSS, Network Assurance or Service Assurance
- Experience competing against Amdocs, Nokia, Ericsson, Netcracker, Netscout or similar
- Strong hunter mentality with limited reliance on outbound SDRs
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability
- European market expertise; French, Spanish and English strongly preferred
