Its cloud‑native, SaaS‑based portfolio spans Performance & Fault Management, Service Quality, Automation and AI Analytics .

The business has achieved double‑digit revenue growth and continues to invest heavily in AI‑driven innovation.

The Role

We are seeking a VP Sales – Europe to accelerate growth with Tier‑1 CSPs and MSPs across the region. This is a senior, hands‑on role for a proven telco sales hunter capable of winning complex transformation deals and displacing entrenched OSS incumbents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive new‑logo revenue with Tier‑1 CSPs across Europe
  • Personally lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
  • Position AI‑driven Service Assurance as a transformation platform
  • Build executive‑level relationships within major operators
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, product and pre‑sales teams
  • Contribute to regional growth strategy and scale‑up execution

Candidate Profile

  • Proven sales experience in OSS, Network Assurance or Service Assurance
  • Experience competing against Amdocs, Nokia, Ericsson, Netcracker, Netscout or similar
  • Strong hunter mentality with limited reliance on outbound SDRs
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability
  • European market expertise; French, Spanish and English strongly preferred
