Opportunity

This role reports directly to Gladia’s COO and is a turnaround‑and‑scale position. You will own and scale Gladia’s entire revenue engine from single‑digit millions to tens of millions in ARR. That means more than closing deals – you will own the full commercial system – sales, partnerships, customer success, and forward‑deployed engineering – and build the team, process, and operating rhythm that make growth repeatable.

What You’ll Own

  • Revenue strategy & GTM – Define a repeatable go‑to‑market across developer / product‑led adoption and enterprise sales, own segmentation, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Enterprise sales – Lead from the front on our largest, most complex deals; build the playbook and coach the team.
  • Partnerships & ecosystem – Design and launch a strategy partnership with cloud marketplaces, integrators, CPaaS, and platform partners.
  • Customer success & expansion – Own net revenue retention and expansion.
  • Forward‑deployed engineering – Embed FDE into the sales strategy and build a catalog of service offerings.
  • Process audit – Audit every commercial process end to end and instrument the funnel for measurability and predictability.
  • Team leadership – Manage and scale a high‑ownership revenue org across Paris and New York.

The Team You’ll Inherit

  • 1 Head of Sales
  • 4 Account Executives
  • 2 SDRs
  • 2 Forward‑Deployed Engineers
  • 1 Customer Success
  • 1 RevOps (reporting to Operations)

Who You Are

  • 10+ years in B2B revenue leadership, with a track record of scaling a company through a comparable ARR band.
  • Experienced in complex enterprise deals with technical buyers (CTOs, engineering and product leaders).
  • Comfortable with self‑serve, SMB, and six‑ to seven‑figure enterprise contracts.
  • Experience selling into private and public sectors, comfortable with longer cycles and compliance.
  • Verified knowledge of customer success and partnerships, and understanding of solutions / forward‑deployed engineering functions.
  • Recruitment and international team leadership experience (French & US territories).
  • Built functions or processes from scratch – a 0 → 1 builder.
  • Sharp, highly organized, with operational rigor: clean pipeline, reliable forecasts, and runnable processes.

Bonus Points

  • Monetized a usage‑based / consumption model.
  • Built a partnerships / distribution channel at an early‑stage company.
  • Involved in solutions / forward‑deployed engineering.
  • Experience in audio / voice AI, ML infrastructure, developer tools or API businesses.
