VP Professional Services - SaaS

Camino Search is currently partnering with an international SaaS business backed by a large-cap private equity firm hiring for a VP of Professional Services, based in Paris.

This individual will lead the transformation of the services function from a business unit-led model into a single, centralised operation, then run that function on an ongoing basis.

You will build the new centralised services organisation, re-organising a team of c.250 and running the function against clear KPIs, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Paying up to €120,000 for a permanent position, based in Paris.

• Proven track record delivering the transformation of a professional services function within a SaaS or software business.
• Prior experience leading large-scale services teams across software customisation and implementation.
• Experience with centralising or verticalising a function out of a decentralised, business unit-led model.
• Background in software / SaaS environments will be essentially, ideally including private equity backed businesses.
• Experience applying AI within services delivery would be beneficial.
