Job Description

VP Platform Product & Adoption is accountable for maximizing the business value of the Accor Cloud Platform (ACP) by defining and driving a coherent, customer‑centric platform product strategy. The role ensures that ACP, used by more than 600 developers, enables speed, scalability, and efficiency across consumer and delivery teams, and is widely adopted as a strategic foundation for digital products. By aligning platform capabilities with business priorities and market standards, the VP drives measurable outcomes in time‑to‑market, cost efficiency, developer productivity, and product quality, while ensuring consistent adoption and a clear value proposition for all platform users.

  • Strengthen user adoption and satisfaction across all Accor Cloud Platform lines.
  • Reduce time‑to‑value and time‑to‑market through a consistent platform product approach.
  • Increase operational efficiency by consolidating product governance and adoption functions.
  • Elevate ACP as a strategic internal platform enabling faster, safer, and more predictable delivery.
  • Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy for the Accor Cloud Platform.
  • Build and maintain a transparent, value‑driven product roadmap aligned with business priorities and market standards.
  • Ensure alignment of all product streams (Cloud, DevOps, Observability, Security, Developer Experience).
  • Lead a multi‑disciplinary product organization covering Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross‑functional contributors.
  • Standardize product management practices, ensuring consistency across all platform areas.
  • Strengthen customer discovery, value measurement, and data‑driven decision‑making across the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee the ProServ function, enabling and accelerating adoption of ACP products across all consuming teams.
  • Guide onboarding, capability enablement, feedback loops, and change‑management activities.
  • Support the creation of clear golden paths, developer journeys, and product success metrics.
  • Reinforce agility, predictability, and transparency, adjusting the operating model as needed to deliver maximal value and satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimal coordination across CIS, SFO, CloudOps, DevOps and Security teams.
  • Act as a strategic leader engaging with VPs, architects, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment on platform priorities, delivery timelines, and adoption objectives.
  • Ensure a unified vision from engineering teams to executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional, multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Executive‑level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in platform product management, developer platforms, cloud services, or internal platform ecosystems.
  • Mastery of product strategy, discovery, roadmap definition, value measurement, and customer adoption.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud, DevOps, Developer Experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and driving adoption at scale.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
