VP of Quality Engineering & Large-Scale Delivery

AIG is seeking a QA & Engineering leader to drive quality initiatives across the DQ&E Organization. You will oversee large-scale programs with multiple scrum teams, focusing on automation, regression, and end-to-end testing within a SAFe Agile framework.

You will partner with business, development and risk teams to define testing lifecycles, metrics and governance, and ensure governance of quality standards and controls. Strong communication and strategic planning are required.
