VP of Engineering – Studio (All Genders)

What you would do :

Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team of frontend and backend engineers

Partner with Product leadership to deliver on ambitious roadmaps with velocity agility and uncompromising quality

Lead the adoption of AI-driven development practices to accelerate time-to-market and maintain competitive advantage

Champion technical debt reduction by building compelling data-driven cases for infrastructure investments alongside feature development

Use data and metrics as the foundation for technical decisions prioritization and team performance discussions

Create an environment where engineers thrive take ownership and deliver their best work

Build strong partnerships with engineering leaders across the company to ensure seamless platform integration

Ensure reliable scalable delivery of features and platform capabilities that support multiple product lines

Balance speed of delivery with code quality system reliability and maintainability

Drive engineering best practices including code review testing CI / CD and operational excellence

Qualifications :

10 years of software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation in both frontend and backend development

5 years of engineering leadership experience including managing teams of 10 engineers

Expertise in modern web technologies APIs and cloud infrastructure

Familiarity with AI / ML tools and their application to software development workflows

Comfort with metrics analytics and using data to drive decisions and communicate impact

Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Strong architectural thinking with experience designing scalable distributed systems
