About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Vice President – Nordics & EMEA to lead our regional business and drive sustainable growth across international markets. This senior leadership role has full P&L responsibility; you will define and execute regional strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and ensure operational excellence across a complex, multi‑country sales organisation.

What You’ll Do

Lead Growth & Strategy

• Define and execute a 3–5 year regional strategy aligned with global objectives
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across the Nordics & EMEA
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies

Own Commercial Performance

• Lead regional sales operations and key account strategy
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders
• Oversee pricing, commercial terms, and contract approvals

Drive Financial & Operational Excellence

• Own and manage full regional P&L, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure robust financial governance and compliance across all markets
• Optimise organisational structure, resources, and operational efficiency

Lead & Develop Teams

• Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing leadership team
• Set clear objectives and drive a culture of accountability and performance
• Support talent development and succession planning

Collaborate Globally

• Partner closely with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal
• Align regional execution with global strategy and business priorities

About You

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role with full P&L ownership
• Extensive experience leading international / multi‑country sales organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on growth and profitability
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience working in a matrix, cross‑functional environment
