VP Growth — AI-Powered Global B2C Scale

Joko is seeking a VP Growth to own and scale its B2C growth engine end-to-end, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation across France, the US, and beyond. You will lead a growing Growth Team, collaborate with Product and Data, and drive profitable, scalable growth leveraging AI and strong data practices.

You will report to the CMO, shape the growth vision, and ensure fast, high-quality delivery while optimizing budget, ROI, and KPI performance.
