VP Finance

Reporting directly to the CEO and a key member of the Executive Committee, the VP Finance owns the full Finance scope of the company – Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Internal Control and Finance Systems – across both the HQ (Paris and Hamburg) and the hotels (DACH, France and Southern / Eastern Europe). The role leads a team of c. 15 people and partners closely with Operations, HR, Controlling, Asset & Project Management, the Shareholders and the Group’s banking partners.

Key responsabilities :

• Lead and support Finance, Accounting & IT teams across the Group, promoting best practices, collaboration and consistency across all regions
• Work closely with HQ, hotel finance teams and General Managers to support decision-making, strengthen collaboration and drive performance
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, tax filings and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all entities
• Support the development of the capex governance framework and related finance processes
• Ensure a strong internal control environment across the Group, in line with governance, compliance and accounting policies
• Oversee cash strategy and management, including consolidated cash reporting, working capital monitoring and cash flow forecasting
• Manage relationships with banking partners and contribute to the optimisation of the financing and guarantee framework
• Oversee the finance systems and reporting capabilities, ensuring they support business needs
• Ensure high-quality financial reporting and consistent analysis across the organisation, and contribute to business reviews
• Partner with the Controlling team on budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and present financial information and insights to the Board, shareholders and financing partners
• Support senior leadership with financial insight to help guide decisions, investments and risk management

Profile :

• 12–15+ years of Finance experience, including senior leadership roles in hospitality environments (franchise or operator)
• Proven experience leading Finance teams through transformation, with strong exposure to cash management, financing and operational improvement
• Strong technical/accounting expertise (IFRS/local GAAPs, consolidation, tax & audit) combined with FP&A, treasury and capex experience
• Hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management skills across Shareholders, banks, auditors and Operations
• Fluent English required; French and/or German strongly preferred. Multi-country experience essential
• Based in Paris, with regular travel to Hamburg and across the portfolio
