VP Brand Performance & Planning - Remote-Ready Impact

Accor is seeking a VP, Brand Performance & Planning for Premium, Midscale and Economy brands in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The role partners with Brand Presidents, shaping quality and impact of brand decisions while guiding portfolio performance and insights.

You will lead a small team across brand metrics, budgeting, and consumer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You will influence senior stakeholders, orchestrate multi-year plans, and translate plans into financial impact, combining rigor with
