VP Aircraft Procurement & Configuration Strategy

Peak Performance Recruitment seeks an experienced aviation procurement expert to guide new aircraft configuration by analyzing trends and airline requirements, and to lead configuration planning for new orders to ensure flexibility and commercial viability.

You will support the commercial team with configuration analysis, engage lessees on specifications, negotiate terms, manage BFE costs and POs, and build strong relationships with OEMs to deliver on-time, high-quality aircraft configurations.
