VOIP & Unified Communications Technician - Hybrid

Milwaukee County is seeking a Telecommunications Technician to serve as a key operations resource, handling VOIP system support, vendor coordination, and records maintenance to ensure reliable telecom services and efficient communications. Hybrid schedule and WI residency required.

You will monitor ticket queues, troubleshoot issues, and work with the project team on VOIP-related tasks, with a focus on uptime, accuracy of call records, and user provisioning across UC platforms.
