Customer Success Manager

Onboard our first 50 customers across CEE. Read their conversations, fine-tune scripts, measure conversion. Fluent Polish + English required.

Sales Junior / Mid Warsaw / Hybrid Full-time

First contact with leads from PL/CEE — discovery, agent demo, qualifying. B2B SaaS experience welcome, e-commerce + telephony very welcome.

PLN 8,000 – 14,000 B2B / month · commission on deals

Co-build the core: Laravel API, voice provider integrations, queue dispatcher, billing. Stack: PHP 8.3, Postgres, GCP, Symfony Messenger. Lead on tech decisions.
