The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional groups to ensure the timely and successful completion of software projects in alignment with the organization's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). - Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog grooming and task prioritization. - Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and on-time delivery. - Ensure teams have access to required tools and resources. - Track project progress, sprint metrics, and milestones; prepare status updates for stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively. - Oversee quality assurance and promote continuous improvement. - Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners. - Track budget and adapt plans as needed. - Contribute to a collaborative team culture and continuous learning. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). - Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software project management. - Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams. - In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; Salesforce familiarity is a plus. - Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and related frameworks (Kanban, SAFe); Waterfall or hybrid exposure is beneficial. - Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. - Agile certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO) are a plus. - Strategic thinker who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at guiding a team.
