VM Key City, Marseille

Overview

This role is based in Marseille. The Key City Visual Merchandiser ensures VM standards are consistently maintained to exceed customer expectations in the designated Key City stores, building the VM knowledge and capability of the store teams through a program of VM training. The role reports directly to the RVM Manager, working in close partnership with the District Manager and Store Managers.

The Key City VM will oversee a limited number of assigned Key Stores within the city/area and will be expected to spend time in each store as per a weekly plan defined with the RVM Manager, aligned with the DM and informing the SM of her/his store. It will support training and implementation of VM guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Visual Merchandising presentation is implemented in accordance with current VM guidelines and marketing directives to deliver brand consistency and improve standards in Key City stores.
• Follow, implement, and deliver against the VM strategy set by the EHQ VM team, exploring, testing, and providing feedback on new initiatives to improve visual presentation.
• Act as the key point of contact for VM in the city, providing support on campaigns, vendor launches, equipment rollouts, promotional communication and POS management. Support new store openings and remodels as needed.
• Follow up each store visit with a specific visit report to the RVM Manager, Store management and staff.
• Assist in VM-related communication at District level when needed.
• Engage in additional special projects and specific tasks on an ad hoc basis as required.
• Travel within the city area as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant VM experience.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in English.
