Key Responsibilities
Performance & Reporting
- Own the monthly reporting cycle: volumes, net sales, gross margin, A&P and overheads — ensuring accuracy, consistency and on-time delivery to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain robust dashboards and financial models that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the business
- Lead variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and proactively identify risks and opportunities, with a clear point of view on drivers and recommendations
- Ensure data integrity across reporting tools and challenge figures when something doesn't add up
Forecasting & Planning
- Lead closing activities and trend analysis, coordinating with multiple finance and business teams to deliver reliable landing estimates
- Drive the Strat Plan and AOP processes for your scope — not just consolidating numbers, but challenging assumptions, stress-testing scenarios and ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Anticipate financial risks and flag them early, with mitigation proposals ready
Business Partnering
- Act as a true finance business partner to Marketing, Sales and Operations — embedded in the business, not just reporting to it
- Lead pricing and trade strategy analysis, providing financial guidance that directly informs commercial decision-making
- Independently build and present business cases to senior management, from framing the problem to the financial recommendation
- Influence decision-making at a senior level by combining financial rigor with strong business acumen

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate with a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- Master's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Finance or Consulting
- Previous experience in a large international company is highly valued
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Organized, rigorous, proactive and a strong team player
