Visual Merchandising Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager – Northern Europe & EMEAI Franchisees to join our Visual Merchandising Team. Based in Paris, this role is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of the brand's visual merchandising strategy across directly operated stores in Northern Europe and supporting our franchise partners throughout the EMEAI region.
The candidate should combine a strong visual sensibility with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, performing effectively in a dynamic international environment while maintaining the highest standards expected within the luxury industry.
This position reports directly to the President Global Wholesale & Region EMEAI and requires frequent international travel
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the visual merchandising execution of the directly operated stores in Paris and London, ensuring flawless implementation of the guidelines and seasonal directives provided by the HQ Visual Merchandising team.
- Support franchise partners across the EMEAI region in the implementation of visual merchandising standards, both remotely and through regular seasonal store visits, according to a travel calendar defined in collaboration with the Wholesale team.
- Select, coordinate and supervise external suppliers responsible for the installation of special window displays and visual merchandising projects in the Paris and London stores.
- Collaborate with the HQ team during the setup of the post-fashion show re-see events in Paris and of the Milan showroom during seasonal collection presentations, ensuring impeccable execution of visual merchandising standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting consistency and excellence in visual presentation across all assigned markets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment on visual merchandising initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a plus.
- Availability for frequent international travel.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating external suppliers and managing visual merchandising installations.
