Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for managing the visa application process for individuals or groups traveling internationally as well as green card sponsorship support.

Essential Functions
-Reviewing visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Communicating with clients and travel agencies to obtain necessary information and documents.
-Coordinating with government agencies to submit visa applications and track their progress.
-Providing advice and guidance to clients and travel agencies on visa requirements and processes.
-Maintaining accurate records of visa applications and approvals.
-Resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the visa application process.
-Keeping up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements.
-Collection of faculty data and data analysis
-Reviewing faculty curriculum vitae (CVs) for Harvard Medical School promotion preparation
-Providing backup assistance for office staff
-Other duties as assigned

Experience
Experience working in a similar role or in a travel-related industry. 1-2 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of visa requirements and processes for different countries.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and visa application portals
