Candidate Profile
GCI is looking for a highly motivated Intelligence Trainer Senior Principal to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below:
- Collaborate with virtual operations and capability developers to remain current on the latest techniques and tools and ensure the training curriculum is aligned with existing capabilities.
- Integrate conventional operational practices with considerations related to digital environments, training personnel to conduct secure and effective operations while also developing innovative techniques for virtual operations.
- Create foundational training content on relevant technologies and techniques and ensure training materials are regularly updated.
- Design, sustain, and deliver comprehensive training programs to support operations in digital environments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience supporting cyber training activities.
- Demonstrated experience working in intelligence gathering, human source intelligence operations, or technical operations.
- Demonstrated experience providing training and instruction to academia or government agencies.
- Demonstrated experience using private internet access for research or online operations and the ability to apply relevant techniques and best practices in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating lesson plan and training material for virtual operations.
- Demonstrated experience having strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when documenting or presenting operational information or results.
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of telecommunications and computer networks.
- Demonstrated experience working with customer tools and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience working in intelligence operations including collection, analysis, or other related activities, and familiarity with human intelligence operations.
Education
Preferred: Bachelor of Science or better.
Experience
Required: 11+ years of experience.
