For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced VIP Support Engineer for a long contract based in Paris, France
Key Responsibilities
- Provide priority IT support to executive leadership, Executive Assistants, and Chiefs of Staff.
- Deliver immediate resolution for hardware, software, network, and mobility issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and executive-specific IT requirements using ServiceNow.
- Configure, maintain, and support laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and collaboration tools.
- Ensure executive devices are fully prepared for meetings, travel, and remote work.
- Provide white‑glove AV and meeting room support before and during executive meetings.
- Coordinate onsite and remote IT support across global locations during executive travel.
- Handle support requests through phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Perform proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting senior executives and sensitive business activities.
