VIP internship (Marketing & Communication department)

Reporting : Global VIP & Talents Relations Executive

Location: Paris

The main missions are:

• Coordinating VIP sample trafficking with agencies and internally (shipments, returns, Launchmetrics etc)
• Coordinating VIP product placements/gifting
• Monitoring VIP clippings and help with reports
• Building VIP casting lists for projects
• Assisting VIP fittings (fashion shows, special brand project..)

We are looking for candidates who have excellent multitasking skills, are well organized, interested in new digital platforms and have a good knowledge in Celebrities/Influencers/Creatives.

Requirements:

• Computer savvy; working knowledge of Power Point and Excel.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Fluent in English and French
• Willingness to follow industry trends and current methods
• Working knowledge in Social Media: Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc.
