VIE - Smart Manufacturing & Industrial Performance Engineer F/H

Responsibilities

• Support Aaron LI's BB project for mid‑long term solution implementation, including smart Corsaire cell with robotization, new logistics flow optimization with smart cabinet in kitting, and potential AVG for material delivery.
• Assembly line new layout design and setup for the 2MM3 line.
• Assist in production optimization projects and smart line implementation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an industrial environment, preferably in production line optimization or smart manufacturing.
• Experience or interest in project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Lean Production principles and industrial process optimization.
• Digitalization related knowledge and skills (e.g., PowerBI, data management, data analysis).
• Skills in data management and analysis tools such as PowerBI, Excel, or similar software.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required.
