Responsibilities

Benchmarking of standard cutting tolls and replace specific tools with standard tools.Develop process for product configuration, BOM updates, and optimize variants of cutting tools across all the products and processes.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Master's degree) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of industrial processes, tooling, and manufacturing methods
• Interest in cost reduction, process optimization, and industrial performance improvement
• Understanding of product configuration management and Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Ability to conduct benchmarking and implement standardization of tools and processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain)
• Fluent English required
