Your mission

You will play a key role in accelerating our portfolio and project management systems through data and artificial intelligence. You will join a dynamic and energetic team based in Konz in Germany (near Trier), close to France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Working on compact wheeled loaders and compact excavators, you will contribute to both platforms across the entire product life cycle. You are curious, proactive, and able to see the bigger picture while paying attention to details. You turn risks into opportunities, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with speed, efficiency, and accountability. You are committed to continuous learning, sharing knowledge, supporting others, and contributing with energy, creativity, and strong team spirit.

• Transform large volumes of data from R&D activities, test benches, and real-world machine usage into actionable insights
• Design, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for predictive portfolio and project planning
• Explore advanced techniques such as deep learning, optimization, agent-based modeling, and computer vision
• Integrate AI-driven solutions into engineers’ daily workflows
• Contribute to the development of a strong data and AI culture by sharing expertise, mentoring, and collaborating across teams

You will also help identify new AI-driven innovation opportunities and ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and deliver customer value.

Your profile

You hold a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. Experience in statistics, machine learning, and AI is an advantage. As part of an international team, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German, or willingness to learn, is a plus.
