Videographer – Cannes Interview Series

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled videographer to capture a dynamic interview series during the renowned Cannes LIONS event. The project centers on documenting insightful conversations with industry professionals, exploring the transformative power of creativity and drawing lessons from historical examples of creative freedom. The ideal candidate will be adept at filming street-style interviews and supporting high-quality video production in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position requires presence in Cannes throughout the event, as remote or travel-based applicants will not be considered.

Deliverables

• Film and capture multiple interview sessions with industry professionals during Cannes LIONS.
• Ensure high-quality audio and video output suitable for digital distribution.
• Collaborate with the project team to set up shots, manage lighting, and adapt to various on-location environments.
• Provide raw footage and, if required, assist with basic editing or file organization for post-production.
• Maintain professionalism and adaptability while working in public and event settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, particularly with interview or documentary-style content.
• Proficiency with professional video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
• Strong understanding of framing, composition, and on-the-go filming techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a live event setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with interview subjects and team members.
• Must be available on-site in Cannes for the duration of the project; applicants requiring travel will not be considered.
• Experience with street-style or event videography is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with basic video editing software is a plus.
