We're looking for our next Video Editor You'll be at the core of our content strategy, working directly with our Head of Growth.
Your primary focus will be on editing, optimizing, and refining video creatives for Meta Ads, social ads, and organic content.
You'll collaborate with freelancers, agencies, and in-house resources to produce high-impact video assets that drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing short-form, high-retention content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads.
- Implement motion graphics, text overlays, and animations where needed.
- Impact on the creative strategy of our creative ads in a small team managing six-figure spending.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Experience in motion graphics.
- Basic color grading and sound design skills.
- Experience editing short-form, high-retention content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong knowledge of direct response marketing and current social media terms, including platform algorithms and trending content formats.
- Excellent storyteller with a creative eye.
- Full English proficiency.
