Vice President of Sales, Real Assets

An established financial services firm in Paris is seeking a Sales Manager for their Real Assets business to join its dynamic sales function. This role offers the opportunity to work across client engagement, analytics, and strategic projects, providing insights and solutions to institutional investors in alternative asset classes such as real estate and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagement activities by providing relevant insights and coordinating tailored solutions.
• Identify potential opportunities to enhance client relationships and contribute to business growth initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to produce analytical reports, presentations, and project deliverables.
• Conduct research on market trends and sector developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare client-facing materials and support educational or informational initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory and market developments to support proactive planning and risk management.
• Assist in tracking project outcomes, performance metrics, and team objectives, providing actionable recommendations.

Skills & Experience

• Significant experience in client-facing roles within financial services, real assets, or alternative investments (6+ years preferred).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting business development or client solutions initiatives, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in French and English is advantageous, along with familiarity with international markets.
