Vice President – Leveraged Finance | Private Credit / Direct Lending

Everet Marsh is working with a leading private credit platform looking to hire a Vice President into its Paris-based leveraged finance team.

About the Role

This is a front-office role focused on underwriting, structuring and executing sponsor-backed financings across the mid-market, working closely across origination, portfolio management and investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, refinancings and recapitalisations
• Credit underwriting, structuring and execution
• Documentation, financial modelling and investment committee materials
• Portfolio company and sponsor interaction across live transactions

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years’ experience in Leveraged Finance / Acquisition Finance / Direct Lending / Private Credit
• Strong experience across underwriting, execution and sponsor-backed transactions
• Background from a bank leveraged finance team, private credit fund or direct lender
• Strong credit analysis and financial modelling capability
• London-based or open to London
