Vice President - Investment Banking Location: Paris

We are currently partnering with a well-established advisory platform experiencing continued growth across its European operations. As part of this expansion, the team is looking to hire a Vice President to support transaction execution across a range of high-profile mandates.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team, working closely with senior bankers on complex transactions while taking on a key role in driving execution and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of M&A transactions from pitch through to completion
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Support the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including pitch books and information memoranda
• Provide direction and oversight to Analysts and Associates
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple live mandates

Requirements

• Strong M&A execution experience gained within an investment bank or advisory environment
• Experience running workstreams and managing transaction processes
• FIG experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to guide junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
