Our client is a large, international professional services and advisory firm with a strong European footprint and several thousand employees globally. The firm advises corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional clients across a broad range of strategic, financial, and transaction‑related matters, with a growing focus on M&A and capital markets advisory.

Role Overview

The Vice President will play a central role in originating and executing investment banking mandates, working closely with senior bankers while leading deal teams on complex transactions. The role combines hands‑on execution responsibility with increasing exposure to client management and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A, buy‑side, sell‑side, and related corporate finance transactions from origination through closing
• Manage day‑to‑day deal processes, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction documentation
• Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts, ensuring high‑quality output and efficient workflow
• Prepare and review pitch materials, information memoranda, management presentations, and board‑level materials
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during live transactions, maintaining strong relationships and credibility
• Support senior bankers in business development efforts, including idea generation and client coverage
• Coordinate with internal sector, strategy, and advisory teams as required
