Vice President, Client Service
Job Overview
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Global Payments & Trade Client Servicing team in EMEA. This role is located in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
- Servicing clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages
- Serve as the main contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations, including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other BNY Mellon product/service issues
- Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients
- Provide day‑to‑day servicing support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience for existing and potential new clients
Qualifications
- Direct client‑facing experience within financial services
- Experience in correspondent banking or understanding of the payments product and life cycle
- Experience discussing client digital solutions with clients
- Experience working in a global team
- Fluent in French is essential
