We’re seeking a Vice President to join our Global Payments & Trade Client Servicing team in EMEA, located in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients across different market segments and regions, managing multi‑country and multi‑language interactions.
- Act as the main contact for day‑to‑day client inquiries and manage investigations, including resolutions on payment, trade, and other BNY Mellon products and services.
- Provide functional support to internal clients by collecting data and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance.
- Offer day‑to‑day servicing support to BNY Mellon Treasury Services Relationship Management, maintaining a positive client experience for existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Direct client‑facing experience within financial services.
- Experience in correspondent banking or deep understanding of payment products and lifecycle.
- Experience discussing digital solutions with clients.
- Experience working in a global team.
- Fluent in French (essential).
