Responsibilities

• Attract, retain, and develop high-quality employees, including direct management
• Support Account Managers and Operations by developing strategic client solutions
• Create plans and strategies to develop business and meet sales goals, including new business from transactional and strategic accounts, collaborating with the BD team and CCO
• Formulate account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including generating RFPs and client presentations

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 12-16 years of related experience, or MA with 10-14 years, or MBA/PhD with 8-12 years
• 7-10 years of managing people or processes, with post-graduate coursework expected at this level
• Proven hands-on management experience, leading by example and driving process improvements to increase sales and efficiency
• Understanding of Phase I through Phase IV drug development
