For one of our clients, a major international EPCI contractor, we are looking for two Lead Vessel Operations Engineers to join their offshore construction team in the Paris area.

Each role covers a distinct vessel scope:

• One profile focused on MSV (Multi-Service Vessel) operations
• One profile focused on Transportation & Loadout operations

What you will do

• Own all technical and operational aspects of your vessel package: project vessel schedule, logistics, engineering coordination and method document review
• Follow up on construction installation aids and ensure readiness of all vessel-related deliverables ahead of mobilisation
• Prepare and consolidate materials and services requisitions (technical specifications, SoW, MTO, TBE) related to your vessel scope
• Oversee subcontractor engineering processes, review their deliverables and drive alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate the mobilisation of onboard resources and oversee crewing requirements in line with project needs
• Manage vessel operations end-to-end: mobilisation, offshore works, demobilisation and subcontractor management throughout installation campaigns
• Participate in Risk Assessments and provide operational recommendations to mitigate execution risks
• Act as the Operations Engineering focal point for all vessel activities across preparation and execution phases, interfacing with project discipline engineers, the Asset department and external stakeholders as required
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of vessel operations practices across the project portfolio

What you bring

• Minimum 6 years of experience on offshore construction projects, with a proven track record in vessel operations
• Solid experience on MSV operations and/or Transportation & Loadout scope within major EPCI projects
• Strong understanding of offshore installation frameworks and vessel management in an EPCI environment
• AP system experience is highly appreciated
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces simultaneously across engineering, operations and procurement teams
• BOSIET (OPITO) and MFC — mandatory
• Fluent English and French
• Based within commuting distance of the Paris area as regular office presence is required (full remote not considered )
