Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Several years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, ideally gained in the biogas, agricultural machinery, water treatment, or environmental technology sectors.
- Technical Background: Strong technical understanding and ability to grasp complex engineering solutions, combined with a keen sense of customer satisfaction.
- Autonomy: Structured, rigorous work method and high degree of autonomy, with a strong culture of commitment and personal initiative.
- French: Native language.
- English: Fluent professional proficiency.
- German: Good proficiency.
- Tools & Mobility: Driver’s license (Class B) required for domestic and international travel (Belgium/Germany).
- Proficiency with Office 365 and CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Sales Management and Development: Actively prospecting new clients and rigorously managing the existing portfolio across France and Belgium (agricultural, biogas, and industrial sectors).
- Technical Consulting and Proposals: Conducting on‑site client meetings, analyzing specific needs, providing technical advice on our range of agitators, and preparing customized commercial proposals.
- Brand Promotion: Active participation in major trade shows, fairs, and industry events in France and Belgium to represent the SUMA brand.
- Market Analysis: Continuous monitoring of the French and Belgian markets, competitive intelligence, and analysis of growth potential to adapt the market penetration strategy.
- Technical Liaison: Close collaboration and seamless coordination between French/Belgian clients and the expert departments at headquarters in Germany (Technical, Customer Service, Project Management).
- Management and Reporting: Planning, structuring, and regular reporting of your sales activities to the International Management Team.
