The Flight & Integration Test Centre is a transnational Centre of Competence with teams in Toulouse, Hamburg, Filton, Bremen, Tianjing, Bangalore, and Mobile. We work closely with all other Engineering Centers and worldwide suppliers to ensure the safety and maturity of our products, and are progressing toward industrialisation and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Definition of the Testing Strategies
• Design and validation of Test Benches and Aircraft Simulators
• Preparation and planning of Test on Lab and Flight Test means
• Management of Laboratory and aircraft test instrumentation
• System integration in laboratory and on demonstrators with real aircraft equipment
• Execution and analysis of Ground and Flight Test campaigns on our development aircrafts

Digital Leader Responsibilities

• Architecture integration from V&V Objectives & Requirements management to Technical events
• Digital solution requirements, development and deployment (based on JIRA)
• Legacy data migration including Legacy tool decommissioning (LTM, CATEGA, ITE…)
• Future digital solution strategy and benchmark (OCTANE, 3DX… tools)

Qualifications

• Strong project / program management background (experience in Agile methodology)
• Engineering / digital background
• Ability to anticipate & steer changes
• Good interpersonal skills with customers/suppliers at all levels
• Team player
• Advanced level of English & French
