We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Verification Tech Lead with a leading European semiconductor company developing advanced FPGA, SoC FPGA and ASIC technologies for the space, defence, avionics and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentor the IP/SoC verification team.
• Drive verification methodologies, tools and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to SoC/IP architecture, design reviews and verification strategies.
• Collaborate across RTL Design, Back-End, DFT, Validation and Software teams.
• Support project delivery, ensuring quality, cost and schedule objectives are met.

Key Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or equivalent.
• Strong background in digital verification and complex SoC/IP development.
• Experience in technical leadership, team mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a complex electronics environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
