Vendor Sales Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing vendor-focused sales team within a fast-paced technology environment.

This is a people leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, and strengthening strategic vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in coaching and developing the team while ensuring strong pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and execution across vendor initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Lead, coach, and develop a vendor sales team to achieve revenue and margin targets
• Drive pipeline growth, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline
• Manage performance across key vendor partnerships and commercial objectives
• Support the adoption of vendor programs, incentives, and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver aligned go-to-market activity
• Monitor sales performance, identify risks/opportunities, and implement improvement plans
• Build strong relationships with vendor stakeholders and internal leadership teams

What We’re Looking For?

• Experience leading sales teams within IT, technology, channel, or distribution environments
• Strong understanding of vendor sales motions, incentives, and partner ecosystems
• Proven ability to drive team performance and commercial growth
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales operations through CRM platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience within multi-vendor distribution or channel sales
• Exposure to vendor-funded programs or services-led sales
• Experience managing hybrid or remote teams
