We are looking for a dynamic, skilled and motivated Solution Architect VDI H/F based in Toulouse , France. You will be part of a PSL (Product & Service Line) within the IT Infrastructure organisation responsible for designing, building and operating the network infrastructure (VDI, LAN, WAN, IAM, Wireless, Network Security, Internet Access, Load Balancing) of the company.

Challenges

Plan, design and integrate IT system components, meet customer requirements and hand them over to Operations under well‑defined SLAs/OLAs. Ensure consistency across IT products and keep technical solutions up‑to‑date and compliant with standards.

Act as a subject‑matter expert for VDI technology and NetScaler technology and advise and deliver these technologies.

Key Activities

• Act as visionary to proactively define direction for future IT products & services.
• Collaborate with architects, systems analysts and developers to deliver high‑quality solutions using cutting‑edge technologies.
• Participate in all phases of product life cycle: design, development, testing, implementation, support.
• Align architecture strategy with business goals and long‑term strategic planning.
• Manage requirements and solution patterns.
• Coordinate demands from concept phase to service entry using project management methodologies.
• Implement project work packages in the VDI/NetScaler domain.
• Perform technical and functional design of new solutions.
• Validate product designs and ensure consistency across IT products.
• Contribute VDI/NetScaler subject‑matter expertise to IT architectures, product design, development and roadmap.
• Ensure building and implementing of IT applications through design, testing and integration of solutions in line with customer and product requirements.
• Coordinate functional and technical integration with other product teams (network, IAM, etc.).
• Secure service entry with minimum impact on production and meeting agreed business requirements.
• Provide L2/L3 support to RUN Operations team in case of crisis.
• Collaborate with architects, solution designers and SMEs to deliver highest quality solutions.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the current infrastructure environment and contribute to its development and enterprise architecture mission.

Requirements

Security clearance required or eligibility for clearance by recognised authorities.

The candidate must possess French nationality in accordance with IGI 1300 of August 9, 2021.

Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity is required.
