This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team, and to contribute to the execution of investments (M&A & VC) in the sports environment (from brands and e‑experts to sustainable raw materials and new manufacturing processes).

You will be a member of the Investment team, responsible for supporting the investment process, from deal origination to execution. The successful candidate will be involved in evaluating and structuring M&A & VC investments across, working closely with senior team members to help drive the firm’s investment strategy in this space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investment Evaluation: Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.
• Financial Analysis & Modelling: Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate potential transactions, and assess the pricing for the investment decisions.
• Due Diligence: Lead and participate in financial, legal, tax and operational due diligence on potential investment opportunities, ensuring all risks and returns are fully analyzed.
• Transaction Execution: Support the negotiation and structuring of deals, including liaising with advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Investment Documentation: Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for the Investment Committee / Board.
• Market Research: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of the sport market, as well as broader industry trends and economic conditions of the transactions.

WHO YOU ARE

Beyond your passion for sport:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate and investment banking. Experience in VC would be preferred, but you are open‑minded to innovation & early‑stage business models.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with a deep understanding of the different valuation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed due diligence and make sound investment recommendations.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Full of vitality, sociable.
  • Adaptable in a changing and uncertain environment; you can pivot and adjust action plans quickly.
  • Curious and open‑minded; you enjoy discovering the merits of new projects without preconception.
  • Demanding and benevolent.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required.
  • Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Other languages, especially French, will be positively considered.
