About the Role:
As a Wi‑Fi Validation Team Leader, you will own the end‑to‑end validation of cutting‑edge Wi‑Fi IPs, driving system‑level quality from architecture to certification.
You will combine deep technical expertise with hands‑on team leadership, mentoring engineers, setting validation strategies, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead system‑level validation activities for Wi‑Fi IPs on real‑time platforms, from requirements definition to execution and coverage assessment.
Ensure validation quality aligned with Wi‑Fi Alliance Certification, customer tape‑out milestones, and system performance objectives.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across HW, FW, SW, and system teams to trace and resolve complex technical issues.
Mentor and develop validation engineers, while leading team planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience building and working within validation environments, including Python, Linux, and scripting tools
- Good understanding of Wi‑Fi or similar wireless communication systems
- Proven experience in system‑level or IP validation (wireless or embedded systems) with strong debugging and problem‑solving skills across HW/SW layers
- Strong communication and ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams, fluent in English
- Previous experience in technical leadership or team lead role
- Engineering degree in computer science, electronics, or embedded systems with 7+ years of experience.
