Le Poste
As part of Micromania‑Zing’s e‑commerce team, you will contribute to the continuous optimization of the user experience and commercial performance of the site. Your mission: transform journeys, content and interfaces into measurable levers of conversion, engagement and revenue. At the intersection of CRO, UX, web‑merchandising, content and data, you will drive data‑driven optimizations that blend user experience, reassurance, community engagement and business performance. You will work in a high‑traffic e‑commerce environment focused on gaming, pop‑culture and derivative products, collaborating closely with e‑commerce, acquisition, data, design and development teams.
Vos missions
Optimisation de l’expérience utilisateur & CRO
- Identify friction points in customer journeys and formulate optimization hypotheses
- Design, pilot and analyse A/B tests and personalization mechanisms
- Leverage behavioral data to improve conversion rates and engagement
- Produce performance‑oriented wireframes, journeys and prototypes
- Optimize desktop and mobile interfaces with a mobile‑first approach
- Track and analyse key KPIs: conversion, add‑to‑cart, bounce rate, checkout completion, engagement
Contenu, SEO, UGC & webmerchandising
- Create SEO‑ and conversion‑optimised content and landing pages
- Participate in the e‑commerce editorial strategy linked to commercial peaks and product launches
- Improve content structuring, internal linking and product highlighting mechanisms
- Develop solutions for exploiting user‑generated content (UGC): reviews, ratings, photos, community content
- Enhance the visibility and impact of customer reviews in journeys and product pages to reassure and convert
- Drive content performance using GA4 and behavioural analytics tools
Profil Recherché
Hard skills- Expertise in A/B testing and personalization tools
- Experience with behavioural analytics tools (Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare, etc.)
- Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools (Zeppelin, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Good understanding of e‑commerce KPIs and conversion mechanisms
- Strong sensitivity to UX principles, accessibility and mobile‑first design
- HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and editorial sense
- Mastery of on‑page SEO fundamentals and intent of search
- Experience optimizing UGC and customer reviews for conversion
- Clear understanding of SEO, UX and business impacts of user‑generated content
- Experience with e‑commerce CMS (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento or equivalent)
- Experience in web‑merchandising and commercial animation
- Strong command of GA4 and content performance analysis
