UX Researcher, Cloud Infra & AI

Scaleway is seeking a UX Research Lead to advance scalable, continuous research across our cloud infrastructure products. You will partner with Product Managers and Product Designers to uncover user needs among developers, DevOps and system administrators, and translate insights into actionable product decisions.

You will develop ResearchOps practices, contribute to the Insight Hub, and explore AI-enabled workflows while working in a collaborative, international environment.
