UX Designer

• Design and improve web and mobile user journeys
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Define interaction logic and dynamic behaviors
• Contribute to UX deliverables under the direction of the Lead UX Designer
• Operationalize the defined UX vision
• Ensure consistency across user journeys and adherence to the mobile application’s UX standards
• Participate in user interviews and usability testing
• Analyze user feedback
• Conduct UX benchmarks and audits
• Leverage user insights and analytics data
• Collaborate with POs, BAs, developers, UI Designers, and UX Writers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Work with the Lead UX Designer to align on and validate deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX Design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping is essential
• Experience designing web and mobile user journeys
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, and interactive prototyping
• Experience in user research, including interviews, usability testing, benchmarking, and audits
• Proven experience working in Agile product teams
• Knowledge of credit or wealth management is a plus
• Experience in banking, credit, wealth management, fintech, or large enterprises is particularly valued
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong user-centered mindset and an interest in user research
