User Support Consultant

Responsibilities

• Qualify requests coming from Level 1
• Perform actions to resolve Level 2 support requests
• Update necessary information in the ticketing tool
• Update documentation

Requirements

• Holder of a Bachelor\'s degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science
• Demonstrates a first significant experience in the field
• Databases
• SQL language
• SOAP and REST web services
• Jira, Confluence
• Reading and analysis of application logs
