Within R&I, the Global User Experience (UX) team contributes to the success of local business units today and tomorrow by delivering relevant, superior and unique user experiences through products, packaging and new services.
The Global User Experience team recruits a User Experience (UX) Global Claim Transformation Manager – L9
Main mission
Within the Global UX team, support the R&I Valorization journey by developing, tracking & animating key pillars of the strategyon the claim transformation.
Main responsibilities
- Develop & animate Valorization capabilities: Develop new digital tools & guidebooks, animate Claims & Demo Creative workshops while scouting new, innovative methods and trends.
- Coordinate the KPI Claims-tracking: Track & consolidate activity by zone, conduct meta-analyis on Claims activation.
- Develop Claims culture and know-how: Provide inspiration from adjacent categories to enrich claims thinking, centralize best practices within Danone R&I.
- Science Communication programs support (CFS Consumer Facing Science): Support exploration research organization, assist in drafting and developing presentations and communication materials.
Main interactions & stakeholders
- Cross-category role reporting to the Claim Transformation Team leader, that implies diverse interactions within UX, internal stakeholders & external partners (agencies)
- Interacting with Global UX experts in Digital, Superiority, Trends, Categories.
- Working on projects in collaboration with R&I & Marketing.
About You
Profile
- Education: Master’s degree from a business school / Bachelor or equivalent, major in Marketing, Communication, Commercial.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within a science-based or tech-based FMCG or Consumer health environment (agency or company) in one or more of the following areas: Category Management, Sales, Marketing, R&D Communication.
- Very good communication skills and the ability to create impact through clear storytelling.
- A proactive, solutionoriented mindset and comfort working under time pressure and navigating ambiguity with agility.
- Complementary coursework or certifications in AI/data tools, creative workshops – Design thinking, behavioral science or market research would be a plus.
